We want to be explicitly clear that we do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. The data accessed through Google Workspace APIs is used solely for the purpose of providing our core services, such as calendar integration and meeting scheduling. Any AI processing we perform is done only on meeting recordings and transcriptions that you explicitly authorize us to process, and this processing is not used to train generalized AI models.
The personal information Rad Blue Co collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.
We work with various AI service providers to process your meeting recordings and generate transcriptions, summaries, and responses to questions. These providers process your data solely to provide our services and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Rad Blue Co retains service data for the duration of the customer's business relationship with Rad Blue Co and continues to retain it until you specifically request its deletion.
