How we collect and use (process) your personal information

Rad Blue Co collects personal information about its website visitors and customers. This information is limited to:

• Calendar integration data (when you connect third-party calendars)
• Meeting recordings and audio data
• Meeting transcriptions and notes
• Questions and interactions with our AI assistant

We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services.

Use of the Aurium Assistant Website

As is true of most other websites, Aurium Assistant's website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of Aurium Assistant's website, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users' needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.

Rad Blue Co has a legitimate interest in understanding how members, customers and potential customers use its website. This assists Rad Blue Co with providing more relevant products and services.

Aurium Assistant's website uses cookies and tracking technologies, including Google Analytics and PostHog, depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Use of Aurium Assistant's services

When you use Aurium Assistant's services, we collect personal information from you to provide the service. This information includes:

• Calendar integration data when you connect third-party calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.)
• Audio and video recordings from meetings that Aurium Assistant joins
• Transcriptions generated from meeting recordings
• Questions you ask our AI assistant and the responses provided
• Meeting summaries and notes generated by our service

We use this information to provide and improve our AI note-taking services, to communicate with you, for billing purposes, and to process your meeting data through various AI providers to generate transcriptions, summaries, and answers to your questions.

AI/ML Model Training and Google Workspace API Data

We want to be explicitly clear that we do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. The data accessed through Google Workspace APIs is used solely for the purpose of providing our core services, such as calendar integration and meeting scheduling. Any AI processing we perform is done only on meeting recordings and transcriptions that you explicitly authorize us to process, and this processing is not used to train generalized AI models.

When and how we share information with third parties

The personal information Rad Blue Co collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.

We work with various AI service providers to process your meeting recordings and generate transcriptions, summaries, and responses to questions. These providers process your data solely to provide our services and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We also use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Google Analytics and PostHog for website analytics
• Calendar integration services (Google, Microsoft, etc.)

We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to non-Rad Blue Co persons or businesses for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, compelled by law enforcement to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (3) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; (4) to address emergencies or acts of God; or (5) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf.

Transferring personal data to the U.S.

Rad Blue Co has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States. By using Aurium Assistant's services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States. The United States has not sought nor received a finding of "adequacy" from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. Rad Blue Co endeavors to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with Rad Blue Co and the practices described in this Privacy Statement.

Data storage and retention

Your personal data is stored by Rad Blue Co on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services Rad Blue Co engages with, located in the United States. Rad Blue Co retains service data for the duration of the customer's business relationship with Rad Blue Co and continues to retain it until you specifically request its deletion.

We retain personal data and usage data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or until you request deletion. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Upon your request, we will delete:

• Meeting recordings and audio data immediately
• Meeting transcriptions and related data
• AI-generated summaries and notes
• Your account and associated personal information

You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us at support@radblueco.com.

Children's data

We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children under the age of 13.
