Using Aurium Assistant with Zoom

Getting Started

Aurium Assistant works seamlessly with Zoom meetings to provide AI-powered note-taking and recording capabilities. There are two ways to add Aurium Assistant to your Zoom meetings:

  1. Calendar Integration: Add a Zoom meeting link to your calendar event, and Aurium Assistant will automatically join the meeting
  2. Direct Link: Paste your Zoom meeting URL directly into the Aurium Assistant platform

Important Notes

Meeting Permissions

When Aurium Assistant joins your meeting, you'll need to grant it permission to participate, just like you would for any other meeting participant.

Recording Notice

It's your responsibility to inform all meeting participants that the meeting will be recorded.

Managing Aurium Assistant

Removing from a Meeting

To remove Aurium Assistant from a meeting, simply kick it from the meeting like you would any other participant. This won't affect any recordings or notes that have already been generated.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Aurium Assistant didn't join the meeting

  • Verify the Zoom link is correctly added to your calendar or platform
  • Check your subscription status
  • Ensure the meeting is scheduled during your subscription period

Permission Issues

  • Make sure to grant permission when Aurium Assistant requests to join
  • Check your Zoom meeting settings to ensure participants can join
