How do I get started with Aurium Assistant?

To get started, simply sign up for an account, connect your calendar, and Aurium Assistant will automatically join your meetings to take notes and provide summaries.

Which calendar systems do you support?

We currently support Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. More calendar integrations are coming soon.

How do I ensure meeting participants are aware of recording?

When Aurium Assistant joins a meeting, it will announce its presence. However, it's your responsibility to inform all participants that the meeting is being recorded and to obtain their consent.

How long are meeting recordings stored?

Meeting recordings are stored for the duration of your subscription. You can request deletion of recordings at any time by contacting support.

Common Issues & Solutions

Aurium Assistant didn't join my meeting

Please check that:

  • Your calendar is properly connected
  • The meeting is scheduled during your subscription period
  • You have sufficient credits/usage available

Poor audio quality in recordings

If you're experiencing poor audio quality:

  • Ensure all participants are using good quality microphones
  • Check your internet connection stability
  • Use a quiet environment for meetings
